HeliEngineering is a design, development and management of high end mechanical components for RC and bicycle racing applications. We make ideas into realities by precision machining process. We specialize in many materials, precision finishing and alloy parts for the sports and hobby market. Check our Products and Last Design pages for many others products.
Many of our design are part of our ideas, client requirements, extras futures, blins and upgrades for the most common and off the market models.
We made custom applications, make to order parts, and can deliver to anywhere in the world.
We want to share our passion to outdoors adventures helping you to make in reality all this “crazy” ideas related with your hobbies. We love mountain biking and participate active in recreational, training, occasional, night rides and races all around Puerto Rico and USA. Our expertise is in Downhill bicycles, but if you can setup a DH machine; you can work in any bicycle. Our staffs have experience in BMX, cross country, downhill and road racing. Our most common custom works are adapters for forks stems, disk brakes, seat post, suspensions angle and travel changes, chain tensioners and bicycles fitting. As part cycling community we cooperate in the activities and help in the trails maintenance - "Hoyo 8" in Aguadilla, PR.
Commonly we can manufacture your 
parts from your design or concept, refinished in CAD format by us. Send us your design (verify with us the drawing format) for a quote.
